Yeah!!Naturally Gluten Free sandwich bread..
It took a few tries but I got it right…I had to bake this large 3lb+ loaf for 60-65 minutes and covered it after 30 minutes to avoid the bread getting too dark. This is definitely one of my favorite breads to make. It was fun developing this recipe and even more fun sharing it with people that have dietary restrictions.
